Workshop (20 June 2025)
Learn embodied practices for grounded presence and new action
Join us for an outdoors, experiential workshop to learn how to stay balanced under pressure and how to move towards what you truly care about.
Our living and working environments are becoming more high-paced, uncertain, stressful, technology-driven, and often lacking meaningful connection and purpose. This is unhealthy for people and for business.
So how can we cope and improve our well-being when we are feeling more and more unrestful and uncertain?
Under these circumstances, using only our analytical, rational mind is not enough. Besides using our head, we can also learn to use the intelligence and resources of the body. This is where Embodiment Practices come in.
We are organising a workshop in June, teaching a range of embodied practices and tools:
-
Developing a grounded presence
-
How to regulate yourself when feeling stressed
-
Connecting to yourself and others
-
Moving towards what you truly care about.
This 4-hour workshop will be held outdoors (weather permitting) in het Amsterdamse Bos, and will include light movement exercises drawn from Somatic Coaching and Tai Chi. You will gain more awareness of what happens in your body and how that is closely related to how you are acting and performing in daily life and at work.

The workshop will be co-facilitated by Dina and Arne, both are experienced facilitators and professional coaches.
